1st & 2nd shift Electric Pallet Jack Operators

Elwood Staffing is seeking reliable and safety-focused 1st & 2nd shift Electric Pallet Jack Operators. The warehouse operates on productivity and accuracy metrics, and employees are expected to consistently meet daily performance goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

1st & 2nd shift Electric Pallet Jack Operators Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 to $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm )

1st shift- 6:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

2nd shift - 3:30pm-1am Monday-Friday

• Operate an electric pallet jack to transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders accurately according to pick tickets or RF scanner
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move pallets to designated storage areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

1st & 2nd shift Electric Pallet Jack Operators Qualifications:

• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment where meeting daily production goals is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently during the shift
• Warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous electric pallet jack experience not required, but is a huge plus! 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
