About the Role:

Join Special Strong North Orange County as an Adaptive Fitness Trainer, where you will empower individuals with diverse abilities to achieve their fitness goals. Be a part of a supportive team in Anaheim, CA, dedicated to transforming lives through tailored fitness programs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalized adaptive fitness programs for clients.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions in a safe and motivating environment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust fitness plans as needed.
• Provide education on health, nutrition, and wellness best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized training space.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance client experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
• Stay updated on adaptive fitness techniques and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent qualification in adaptive fitness.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for promoting health and fitness in diverse populations.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
