Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily car wash operations and staff scheduling
Train, motivate, and supervise employees
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance
Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally
Track sales, manage inventory, and meet performance targets
Qualifications:
Previous management or supervisory experience (preferably in a car wash or automotive environment)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
