Cummins Summer Program Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:30pm to 06:30am )

Cummins Summer Program Qualifications:

• Must be able to work 3rd shift (overnight) for the duration of the summer program
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required for production needs
• Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
