Job Description

Pay: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload goods for customers per specifications
• Ability to perform assembly and installation of appliances and household items such as patio furniture, barbeques etc.
• Ensure customer's products are delivered on time and in the proper condition for specific routes
• Conduct pre/post trip truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
• Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
• Actively keep customers and management informed of delays and any other additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability
• Complete all load-related paperwork
• Ensure all scanning is completed correctly
• Review deliveries with customers, per paperwork, to ensure products are correct

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer's belongings.
• Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.
