What You'll Do

• Use your ingenuity and technical know-how to diagnose and troubleshoot drain issues using drain-cleaning machines.
• Unleash your problem-solving skills to provide maintenance services for plumbing systems, keeping them in tip-top shape for our customers.
• Get down and dirty as you clean and unclog drains and pipes with cutting-edge techniques and equipment, leaving them flowing freely and looking like new.
• Put your communication skills to the test by effectively explaining plumbing issues and recommending the best solutions to our customers, building trust and lasting relationships.
• Keep our customers happy by delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds their expectations.
• Stay safe while delivering superior service by following safety protocols and industry standards, ensuring a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used, showing off your organization and attention to detail.
• Keep learning and growing by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within established timelines and budgets, showing off your adaptability and teamwork skills.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year draining cleaning experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs of heavy equipment, and perform physical labor.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Eligibility for employment at Bell Plumbing & Heating is contingent upon a background check that does not contain a conviction(s) of a felony(ies) within the past 5 (five) years from the date of interview. For a position that requires driving a company-provided vehicle, you must have 0 (zero) type A violations occur in the past 3 (three) years.

This position requires driving a company-provided vehicle, a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) does not contain any of the following in the last 5 (five) years from the date of the MVR check:
Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Vehicular manslaughter
Using a vehicle to commit a felony
Hit and run/leaving the scene of an accident
Fleeing/eluding police or resisting arrest
Reckless driving
Speeding more than 15 mph over limit
Open container violations
Operating vehicles with a suspended/revoked license
Passing a stopped school bus
Railroad crossing violation
