• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to secure resources, venues, and sponsorships for events
• Lead public speaking engagements to promote upcoming events and foster community involvement
• Oversee social media management by creating engaging content to boost event visibility and participation
• Supervise event staff and volunteers during activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and objectives are met

Skills

• Proven experience with volunteer management, supervising teams, or managing social work initiatives
• Strong leadership abilities with a background in management or campus recruitment programs
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to motivate diverse audiences
• Experience in social media management to effectively promote events across digital platforms
• Skilled in training & development techniques to enhance volunteer performance and engagement
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
