Join our team as an Experienced Locksmith Technician, where you'll be the face of our company, delivering top-notch locksmith services to our valued clients. As a mobile locksmith, you'll have the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a dedicated team, providing services across commercial, residential, automotive, and security sectors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Responsibilities Identify and duplicate keys accurately and efficiently. Diagnose and resolve lock issues for commercial, residential, and automotive clients. Perform rekeying services for both commercial and residential properties. Repair and service safes, ensuring security and functionality. Install, repair, and replace commercial, residential, access control, and electronic hardware. Create and duplicate automotive keys, including transponder keys. Develop and maintain master key systems for clients. Provide clear and effective communication to address customer inquiries and present solutions. Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auto, commercial, and residential locksmith services. Honest, dependable, and driven with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while being open to coaching and learning. Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools and equipment. Professional communication skills and an outgoing personality. Intermediate proficiency with personal computers and mobile devices. Flexible schedule, with services typically provided between 8am to 8pm; closed on Sundays. Valid driver's license and ability to serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area. High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
