Personal Trainer Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-designed, science-backed workouts to groups of up to 24 clients
Energize and motivate clients throughout each training session
Create an engaging and positive environment to boost attendance and retain members
Ensure client safety with a focus on heart rate-based training and correct exercise technique
Modify exercises to fit various fitness levels, ensuring a tailored experience for each client
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for Fitness: You love motivating others and thrive in a team environment
Knowledgeable: Intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
Certified: Must hold a current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company (e.g., NASM, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA ACE ACSM
Educated: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not required
Experienced: 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness or personal training in the industry
Certified in CPR/AED: Safety is key, and we require up-to-date certifications
