Superior Towing is seeking an experienced Light Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team.

Superior has been in business for over 20 years, serving as a leader in the industry in Central Jersey.

Join our team as a Tow Truck Driver and contribute your skills to provide essential roadside assistance while ensuring safety and satisfaction for our customers!

Pay is based on experience.

Currently hiring for night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• Age: Generally, at least 18 years old.
• License: Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Clean Driving Record: Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results.
• Background: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 25lbs and carry equipment, bend, kneel, and balance.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Training: Completion of required training courses.
• Environmental: Must be able to work outdoors in all weather, and work extended or irregular hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to member requests for assistance.
• Providing other roadside services like jump starts, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery.
• Maintaining service vehicles and equipment.
• Ensuring positive member experiences.
• Promoting AAA products and services.
• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations
• Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs as needed during towing operations
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring they are secured properly for transport
• Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to towing requests
