HOUSEKEEPING WINDOW ATTENDANT
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Housekeeping Window Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Housekeeping Window Attendant have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations and department procedures and policies.
- Dresses in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
- Reports to shift on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notify the Department Manager in adequate time.
- Follow weekly schedule for Public Area locations that need to be cleaned.
- Maintain cleanliness of all Specialty Suites; windows to be done upon every arrival plus connecting rooms (if same party) and then on every third day of guests' stay. Coordinate with Rooms Control to enter stayover rooms when Room Attendant is present.
- Check with the Housekeeping Department for any Public Area locations to be cleaned outside the weekly schedule as well as any guest rooms that may need attention. Sign in/out floor keys. Report to assigned area(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc
WHAT TO BRING
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- High School Diploma preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English, working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
