PAY & PERKS
At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps , or opt for guaranteed minimum wage - either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $29.25 - $47.50/hour !
