Our client, a leading organization in the power and technology industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting strategic initiatives and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals and values.

Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Warrendale, PA

Pay Range: $27-32/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday – 8am-5pm, with the flexibility to work overtime if required

What's the Job?

• Assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive digital roadmap and content marketing strategy to support overall marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contracted agencies to identify, develop, and optimize digital marketing programs throughout the customer journey.
• Guide the development and evolution of the corporate website, proposing updates to enhance user experience, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Create and optimize engaging content for various digital channels including websites, blogs, social media, webinars, podcasts, and email campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid and organic search strategies, social media marketing tactics, and digital advertising campaigns to maximize outreach and engagement.

• Relevant credentials such as 100012, 100043, 100003, 100004
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content creation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze digital marketing performance and optimize strategies accordingly
• Proactive attitude with a passion for innovative marketing solutions
