Social Media And Marketing Manager

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for compelling content, and expertise in leveraging social media channels to engage audiences and drive growth. As the Social Media and Marketing Manager, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, oversee content creation, and analyze campaign performance to ensure alignment with our brand objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our online engagement efforts and shape our brand narrative in a competitive marketplace.

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing tactics.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns using platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels and marketing materials.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and organic traffic.
  • Analyze web analytics data using tools such as Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Oversee public relations initiatives to foster positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects; employ video editing skills for multimedia content creation.
  • Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and streamlining workflows.
  • Maintain an active presence on social media channels through regular posting, community engagement, and reputation management.
  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns along with experience in paid media strategy execution.
  • Excellent content creation skills encompassing writing, photography, video editing, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus for integrating marketing efforts with online sales channels.
