Now hiring a compassionate and driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic pediatric therapy practice in Culpeper, VA . This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to be part of a well-respected clinic that continues to grow to meet the needs of local families.
You'll collaborate with a friendly team of OTs, PTs, and fellow SLPs across a range of settings—including outpatient clinic, school-based programs, and in-home early intervention—depending on your preferences and caseload availability. Leadership is therapist-founded and focused on creating a supportive, team-first culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide high-quality speech-language services to children in a setting of your choice: clinic, school, or home-based early intervention
Work closely with other therapists to create and implement individualized plans of care
Maintain clear documentation and participate in regular team collaboration
Join community and family engagement efforts, including sensory-friendly events and outreach activities
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $66,560–$93,000 depending on pediatric experience
Choose between salaried or fee-for-service pay models
Manageable productivity expectations
Medical, dental, and vision contributions available

Short-term disability available
$1,200 annual CEU stipend
Flex-time policy for scheduling flexibility
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for working with children and collaborating across disciplines
Active Virginia SLP license (CFs welcome!)
Interest in Early Intervention a plus (free online training available to become certified in VA)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Open to both experienced clinicians and new grads- support and mentorship provided!
