What You'll Do & Learn: In your first 3–8 months, you'll get immersive training while actively contributing to: Coordinating daily project activities and supporting client deliverables Engaging bilingual communication with customers, prospects, and teams Implementing client acquisition and outreach strategies Assisting with new team onboarding and team performance check-ins Monitoring budgets, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress Helping drive expansion strategies into new markets Every day begins with group training and goal-setting, followed by real-world project coordination and ends with evaluations to refine your skills.
