   6. Strong manual exp and some exposure to automation testing (the group uses something called Excel Q for automation which is really easy to use but they don't use a lot of it yet so they just want someone with the aptitude to learn it)

Day to Day Responsibilities:
This QA tester will be involved in a scrum environment, so that there will be a daily stand up or other scrum ceremony. This person will evaluate at user stories in the sprint, break them into test cases and execute those test cases when ready. The team uses an automation tool (AccelQ) and it is very user friendly, so the candidate does not need to have automation experience. This tool does not require coding. Eventually, the goal will be to stop writing manual cases and only write automated. The project involves document management - the client is an insurance company, so the documents include quotes, binding contracts, etc. All of these documents get stored, the QA will involve ensuring proper storage, editing ability, and proper access.
