Job Overview

Odin Leather Goods is seeking a versatile and motivated individual to fill our Retail Associate. This position combines customer-facing retail responsibilities with some merchandising and marketing task providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Associate Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming store environment, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle daily store operations, including processing sales, inventory management, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
• Represent the Odin Leather Goods brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Additional Responsibilities as Assigned

• Assist with email and and other communications across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the workshop and sales team to create and/or manage the communication and approval process of digital mockups for custom orders and personalized products.
• Preform misc admin and operations task as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cash handling required. Experience with Shopify, Clover or other POS platforms a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• High School diploma preferred

Hours & Location

• The position requires an estimated 20-30 hours per week; weekdays between the hours of noon-6pm and 11am-9pm on weekends. (Shifts average 4-5hrs each).
• Work will be primarily based at our Grandscape location, with occasional shifts at our Lewisvile store.
