Job Description Job Title: School Cleaner (Full-Time)
Location: Lake Worth, Florida
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Job Summary: Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified staffing partners in hiring a reliable
School Cleaner for a full-time opportunity at a school facility in
Lake Worth, Florida . The selected candidate will support the daily cleaning and sanitation of school areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Payment Terms: Independent Contractor (1099)
Payments are issued
twice per month on the 7th and the 22nd .
Paid holidays included. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize hallways, classrooms, restrooms, and food court areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash and maintain waste disposal areas
• Restock restroom supplies as needed
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures established by management
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the facility supervisor
Minimum Requirements: • Ability to
understand and read basic English and follow instructions
• Must be able to
pass a background check and drug test • Must be able to
pass E-Verify (work authorization verification required) • Reliable transportation is
strongly recommended • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending during the shift
