Key Responsibilities Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing services. Gather necessary information from clients, such as location, vehicle type, and service requirements. Efficiently dispatch tow trucks to ensure timely service delivery. Track the status of dispatched services and provide clients with updates as necessary. Maintain clear and effective communication with tow truck operators to ensure prompt service. Document all calls and service requests accurately in the dispatch system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the towing or transportation industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
