About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain towing equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Document all towing activities and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles while ensuring minimal damage.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support.

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in towing or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
