Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact state
• Prior experience in pediatric psychiatric settings
• Proficient in phlebotomy; comfortable performing blood draws on pediatric/adolescent populations
• Current BLS certification
• Passion for working with children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents under guidance of a Nurse Manager
• Administer medications and treatments based on individualized care plans
• Engage in comprehensive treatment planning with a collaborative, multi-specialty team
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict patient safety protocols
• Apply Practice Model principles, supporting agency vision in daily interactions
• Provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate care for pediatric and adolescent patients
