Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for driving and making deliveries, while also supporting warehouse operations during downtime. The ideal candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining efficiency in both transportation and warehouse functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Transportation & Delivery

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver and pick up materials from customer locations and company branches
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of assigned vehicle

 

Warehouse Support

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and secure placement
• Support inventory management and general warehouse organization
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

 

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete delivery logs, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately
• Follow all DOT regulations (if applicable), safety standards, and company policies

 

Customer Interaction

• Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries and pickups
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus (not required)
• Clean driving record
• Forklift experience or certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous truck driving and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate trucks up to 24’ trailers
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Team player willing to assist in both driving and warehouse duties
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height and 100 lbs. to waist height
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
