Welder
Location: Geneva, OH
Pay: Starting at $23/hour (can increase based on experience and weld test)
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking skilled Welders to support manufacturing operations in a clean and safety-focused production environment. This role involves performing MIG, TIG, and spot welding while following established welding procedures and work instructions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with fabrication tools, blueprint reading, and welding processes while maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding while following WPS welding processes (3G/3F)
• Perform RWMA spot welding (resistance welding) following WPS procedures
• Operate oxy-acetylene torch (brazing experience is a plus)
• Interpret weld symbols and technical drawings
• Use shop tools related to welding fit-up, including grinders and fabrication tools
• Demonstrate basic blueprint reading, tape measure usage, and caliper measurements
• Follow visual and written work instructions to complete assigned tasks within required timeframes
• Accurately report shop floor production data through computer or written documentation
• Perform operator-level maintenance on welding equipment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
• Ability to obtain AWS certification for applicable welding processes
• Experience using power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
