We are currently seeking skilled Welder/Fitters for an upcoming contract project. This position requires experienced candidates who can both weld and fit carbon steel pipe to exact specifications.

This is a contract position with potential for long-term opportunities based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon steel pipe in accordance with specifications
• Set up and prepare materials, including fitting, alignment, and joint preparation
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and work instructions
• Execute full weld process while ensuring proper fit-up and weld quality
• Conduct visual inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of welding and fitting experience
• Must be proficient in both pipe welding and fitting (not a single-skill role)
• Experience with carbon steel pipe required
• Strong blueprint reading and fit-up skills
• Must be able to prepare, fit, and weld your own workpieces
• Must pass a 3G weld test (coupon) and fit test
• Clear background check required
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturdays as needed)
