Location: 100% Onsite - Santa Ana, CA
Shift: 3rd Shift - Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
Off Days: Monday & Tuesday

Conversion Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking a
Computer Operator II to support a Command Center Operations team within a 24/7 datacenter environment. This role is responsible for monitoring and executing nightly batch processing, overseeing system and facility alerts, conducting routine campus walkthroughs, and providing escalation support.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detailoriented, effective under pressure, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Visio.
Key Responsibilities Batch & System Operations - Execute and monitor nightly batch production processing using ControlM for both Open Systems and WINTEL Systems .
- Monitor nightly data protection jobs using Rubrik Cloud .
- Monitor server and network performance using SolarWinds Orion .
- Oversee facility alerts via SiteScan .
- Monitor data center security through Genetec Security Center (CCTV) .
- Monitor OnBase polling workstations .
Facilities & Data Center Support - Perform recurring facility walkthroughs multiple times per shift.
- Escort authorized visitors as required.
- Navigate multi-level buildings; must be able to go up and down stairs.
Communication & Incident Response - Coordinate oncall escalation and support incident response processes.
- Document, update, and track incidents within ServiceNow .
- Support ITILaligned processes including Incident Management and Change Requests.
General Skills & Tools - Perform adhoc tasks in Excel and Visio .
- Maintain strong verbal and written communication.
- Work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.

Education & Experience - High school diploma required
- 2+ years of related experience in computer operations, or equivalent technical training
