1. Process Assessment and Analysis
- Partner with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand, map, and document current-state processes.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation.
- Analyze workflows, inputs, and outputs to determine technical and operational feasibility.
2. RPA Development - Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
- Build and maintain reusable scripts, components, and workflows.
- Configure bots to interact with applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Implement comprehensive error handling and exception management to ensure reliability.
3. Integration - Integrate RPA solutions with internal and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enable secure, efficient data exchange across platforms.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance - Perform rigorous validation to ensure accuracy, stability, and alignment with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate defects identified during testing.
5. Documentation - Maintain thorough documentation of solution design, configurations, and change history.
- Develop user guides and training materials for stakeholders.
6. Monitoring and Maintenance - Track bot performance and respond promptly to incidents or failures.
- Deliver enhancements, updates, and optimizations to existing automations.
7. Compliance and Security - Ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply best practices for credential management, access control, and auditability.
8. Training and Support - Educate end-users and business partners on RPA capabilities and benefits.
- Provide ongoing support and assist with issue resolution.
9. Continuous Improvement - Remain current on emerging RPA tools, features, and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify new automation opportunities and scalability initiatives.
