What You'll Learn Interns will rotate through several hotel departments, gaining practical experience in areas such as:
Front Desk Operations - Guest check-in and check-out procedures

- Reservation systems and daily hotel operations
Housekeeping - Room preparation and quality standards
- Hotel cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Coordination between departments to support guest satisfaction
Food & Beverage - Restaurant and banquet service support
- Guest interaction and hospitality service standards
- Understanding restaurant operations within a hotel environment
Through this internship, students will gain
