The Position: Responsible for providing treatment to patients in facilities, working with the DDS, clinical coordinator, and staff. Tasks include on-site hygiene services and coordinating patient care to meet facility needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Review patient lists and ensure supplies and equipment are ready. Arrive punctually, check in, and review patient schedule. Transport and set up equipment in designated workspace. Coordinate patient transfer and charting with facility staff; seek support if issues arise. Perform dental care procedures, including X-rays, cleaning, sealants, and assessments, following ADA standards. Explain procedures to patients and review recommendations with facility staff. Document treatment notes in Salesforce during visits. Follow OSHA safety and cleanliness regulations. Handle disposables properly and leave printed notes with facilities. Coordinate follow-up with clinical support managers. Maintain and inventory dental equipment and supplies. Follow sterilization and safety protocols. Use personal vehicle for transportation; be available via cell phone during work hours. Location: This role covers the home market, requiring driving 20 minutes to 2.5 hours. Paid for drive time over 30 minutes each way; mileage reimbursed. Requirements: Current RDH license in good standing with 5+ years of experience. Valid driver’s license with no recent violations. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 200 lbs, including patients in wheelchairs. High School Diploma or equivalent. Other Qualifications: Customer service skills and effective communication. Computer skills for logging notes. Organizational skills for supplies and scheduling. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
