Job Description

This role supports the Operations Team Lead and helps the Command Center keep things running smoothly. You'll be watching systems overnight to make sure scheduled jobs run correctly, using ControlM on different platforms. You'll also keep an eye on servers and services in the data center and do regular walkthroughs during your shift.
You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, communicate well, stay calm when things get busy, and be good at figuring out and fixing problems as they come up.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with production batch processing using Control - M
- Experience with Data center Operations
- Experience with Change Requests, etc.
- Microsoft Office experience
